The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel & Spa, situated in the historical Constantia Valley, has relaunched its conference facilities after a revamp of the interiors. The décor includes modern conferencing furniture, new curtains and carpets.
Housed in the Hohenort building, the hotel conference facilities are popular for corporate meetings and entertaining, as well as special occasions and celebrations for family and friends. Four different venues cater for small groups from as few as 5 people, to meetings for 45 delegates, with lunches and dinners in the Greenhouse venue for up to 50 diners, and cocktail functions for up to 80 guests. The sprawling gardens offer tranquil surrounds ideal for wedding ceremonies, as well as outdoor activities and conference breaks.
The hotel’s professional conferencing team is in place to assist clients and their event organisers with weddings, meetings, events and launches for groups and incentives, corporate affairs, or private celebrations such as baby showers or kitchen teas.
Dining at The Cellars-Hohenort is headed by head chef Daniel Blignaut serving up conference and function menus, including the hotel’s high teas. Half- and full-day conferences include venue hire, parking, conferencing equipment (flipchart and markers, Smart TV screen, clicker, laser pointer), as well as hot beverages and choice of assorted refreshments on arrival and during the mid-morning or afternoon break. (From R415 per person, or R715 per person including 2-course set menu or light buffet lunch, and R820 per person for full day conferencing)
